Dong Fang Mei Ren (Oriental Beauty Oolong) A fine tippy Oolong tea from Taiwan. The characteristic flavour of this tea comes from the saliva of   grasshoppers that nibble the outside of the leaves, starting early oxidation processes and adding natural sweet notes to the brew. My favourite of all the Oolongs.
